Another successful swim clinic: Breaststroke & Butterfly Technical Clinic at Carleton University

December 20th, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

We conducted a high-impact technical clinic designed to help competitive swimmers refine their breaststroke and butterfly technique, improve efficiency, and gain a deeper understanding of stroke mechanics.

This clinic was ideal for swimmers who already meet performance standards and are ready to take their skills to the next level. Through targeted drills, personalized feedback, and expert instruction, participants learned how to maximize power, streamline movement, and correct common inefficiencies—skills that can make a real difference in race performance.

What made this clinic different?

    • Small group size ensured each swimmer gets meaningful attention

    • Focused technical worked on two of the most challenging strokes

    • Immediate feedback helped swimmers adjust and improve in real time

    • Goal-based coaching tailored to each athlete’s strengths and areas for growth

This clinic was led by Coach Wladmilson Ramos Veiga
